The House:
My wife and I came up with the concept of “The House”. It is the name of our family’s charitable fund. We are creating a fund in our family’s name in honor of our son and the trials and tribulations he has gone through in his young life. We want to be able to help other families going through similar problems in life where the costs of rehabilitation and therapies are cost prohibitive due to lack of coverage from insurance or from some other financial burden.
Steve:
So a little about myself…I am a married father of two wonderful children and two crazy Weimaraner dogs. I am trying to be as active as possible and stay outside as much as I can physically can. That usually entails CrossFit, running, golf, bicycling (road), swimming, skiing, rock climbing, snorkeling/scuba diving and any other reason to get and stay active.
My professional background is unique. I have worked in many different trades and owned/started a few companies; Information Technologies, Computer Aided Drafting Outsourcing, Construction Takeoffs, Real Estate Brokerage, and Business Marketing. So now I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Head Coach and Partner at CrossFit North Wall. Quite a leap from my past ventures but I really think this is what I want to be when I grow up. At 42 years old I don’t have a lot of time left to figure that out. It really is what I enjoy doing the most.
