Steve always provides a varied and comprehensive workout. He constantly introduces new exercises into each session to keep the workouts fresh. He’s mindful of what his client can and/or can’t do and adjusts the workout accordingly. Steve brings a personable, low-key approach when working with his clients that I find works really well for me.

I really can’t say enough about Steve Schwab. He is an amazing personal trainer and a great person. I look forward to each workout session with him. Trainers all use different techniques to help achieve maximum results from workouts. In recent times, I had become overweight and unfit due to a combination of heavy work commitments, poor diet and little exercise. Steve has been my personal trainer for the last six months, however within that short time period, I have formed the opinion that Steve is an excellent personal trainer. It is apparent that Steve enjoys what he does and this comes across in his appointments. I have found Steve to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of health and fitness. Just thought I would let you know how things are going with my personal trainer.The first 2 I ever had were at the YMCA. Their basic job was to keep the clients coming back by making a little sweat and telling them how great we were doing.
Steve Schwab sat down with me and actually listened to what I had to say. It was a non-judgmental meeting. What he did was to give me the impression that my goals were real and attainable and immediately got to work. Since then I have really taken to what we are doing to reach these goals. The workouts are short, to the point and really kick my butt. The fact that I can accomplish in 20 minutes what used to take an hour and a quarter is what brings me back more times a week. Steve is also not scared to take time out of his day to drop an e-mail or even a phone call if he senses you are struggling. Which I think is well above and beyond.What this is all about is what Steve brings to the table.
When I talk to Steve his eyes tell me that he really cares about me as a person. I never get the feeling that this is just his job but rather I see someone who really wants to help me. Every once and again when I want to skip a workout I think how I am disappointing him. In the short time that I have known him I can truly say he is more than a trainer he’s a friend. I have since done some amazing things and feel much, much better. After the second meeting with Steve I bet him $5.00 dollars that he would quit before I would.
